I wished I had a teacher like that when I was in school.

There was one time where a teacher was calling me and I refused to answer, then I told her something and she said "Its my right to call your name" and I responded without hesitation "And its my right nor to answer you".

You need to give these teachers a taste of their own medicine or they will continue to do it to you all the time. Show them that you have no plans of letting them do this crap to you and get away with it.

You and I both know she was out of line and at this point the only thing you can really do is tell your parents and the school's Administration.
