I AM NOT SAYING EVERYONE DOES THIS.

But some people do.

I know many Black girls and Asian girls who only date White guys. They're excuse is "That's all I'm attracted to."  

How can you only be attracted to one race, especially one that is not your own? I think that stems from self hate.

My Asian friend told me that a lot of Asians believed that EuroAsians were more attractive than regular Asians. I couldn't believe it, until I started to notice how many Asian anime characters are white, and on Dragon Ball Z, when the main character became all powerful, he turned from being Asian to being blonde hair and blue eyed.

I also know a lot of black people who have a problem with dating their own race. Like I said, they typically say "Oh, I'm not attracted to any Blacks guys. I only like White guys." What the hell?
What they mean is, they would prefer to marry a White person, so they can have "attractive" half-white children.
That sounds illogical, but I promise you some people think that way.

That's great if you date inter racially, I'm all for it. I like to mix things up sometimes.

Attractive is attractive, regardless of race. And quite frankly, I think it's sad when you see a girl or guy who refuses to date their own race.

But don't self-hate.

Maybe they're just physically attracted to the other race. Nothing wrong with it. It's like if you were only attracted to good-looking guys. Does that create an argument? No. Shut up then.

I don't think you would understand this, to be honest. A lot of Black people, and some Asians have a lot of self hate going around.

As a White person, I don't think you truly understand the concept of self hate.

Well, honestly most people assumed I was racist, or at least hated my own race because they never seen me date someone from my race. When it comes to dating I see humans, and not races. And I can not help it if, a guy approaches me and I like him. Though I have heard some girls say they only date one set of people or so because whatever stereotype they make up or heard.

There's nothing wrong with that. Hell, I've date more non-black guys than Black guys, but that's simply because those are the people I ended up in classes with and we have common interests.

Out of curiosity though, is there a reason you haven't dated people of your own race, or was it simply situational?

I've only dated one of my race, another was mixed but had my race. What happened in my situation is that I dated outside my race and had some long-term ones. And then the guys that approached me from my race others suggest I date, we're simply no where near my type. I did not like the thug want to bes, or the hot shots. And when the one's that were my type approach, which was rare we either did not want a relationship or, were going separate ways as in moving, etc.

I don't self-hate, and I don't find asian boys attractive...
plus I get along better with white boys. no idea why. I have asian male friends, but we wouldn't consider dating each other.
