it really doesnt matter. someone who can hold a conversation is nice and someone who is outgoing is nice as well but then again shy guys are also cute. i guess it depends on the purpose.

its not just for guys it works bothways although the talkative thing could get annoying but the outgoing thing is a plus for both guys and girls

It really depends on the person. For me, I like guys who are outgoing and talkative but not to the point where it makes him slightly annoying. However, all girls are different and find different things attractive in a guy.

depends on what he talks about. I like a guy that talks a lot because i dont talk a lot so when he talks a lot it means that i dont have to talk as much, but if all he talks about is himself, then no. If all he talks about it something i dont care about, then thats old news too. So it depends.
