In your original post you talk about how drug users have "no life, a junk car, no furniture in their low income apartment,no food." Yet now you say "success isn't always measured by financial or material objects" even though you stated exactly the opposite of that, you originally measured a drug user's success by MATERIAL OBJECTS. Furthermore, you couldn't be more wrong about your hypothesis. Drug use is a part of society, whether you like it or not. Most people experiment for a couple of years, especially in their youth and move on. You are describing a very very low percentage. Whether you like to believe it or not, most drug users really do use recreationally and do not take it to the extreme. My suggestion is for you to get out of 5th grade health class, and be a bit more OPEN-MINDED about life in general. Maybe you'll see the light.

Then again i've known many people who take drugs and have a terrible life like you described, but they were no-lifers in the first place.
