You need to get professional help as being bulimic the problem is never easy to go away, you need help and support in order to get through this.
Talk to someone you trust about it because it is a serious thing, making yourself throw up not only ruins your insides but can cause damage in the long run.

to be honest, you are wrong. you can not fully empty your stomach, so you can not get rid of all the calories.

but... I understand your pain... I... I... i am bulimic too... its really hard for me to admit... because... my family has always told me it was a girls disease... but... its not. Its a human disease.

Other than eating, are there any reasons why you purge? Anxiety? anything. Talk to me if you want, I am here. Once you find out the deeper reason behind why you are purging, its easier to stop.

also, after you purge, drink at least a glass of water, and DO NOT brush your teeth afterwards for at least an hour, otherwise you are brushing the enamel off your teeth with the stomach acid.
