If the computer can run it, its great. Most of the people that say it sucks either bought a shitty computer with it already installed, installed it on their pre-existing shitty computer, used it on a friends shitty computer, or have never even used it. Shocking. I know. The fact of the matter is that Vista takes a nice computer to run. Yes, you can get a much lower spec'd computer that will run XP fine, and will install Vista, but barely run it. Vista was programed for the future. It banked on computing laws that state computers get more powerful and cheaper every few years. This is true, but most people are choosing cheaper over more power, which isnt what Microsoft planned on. Ive said it before, and I will say it again. Installed on the right machine, I prefer Vista over XP.
