this is for you people that know alot about computers now i know alot but im talKING alot,. ok i need a vertex shader and pixel shader in order to play a game my video card is a intel chipset family and the peice of shit didnt come with this shader shit but can i download this somhow to where i have this shader shit, thx for ur help if u dont know anything about this please dont bother answering.

No, you will need to upgrade your GPU. "Intel shit" is integrated into the motherboard, and as such sucks. You can pick up something cheap for like... I dunno, £25, that should do what you want it to.
