Yes, they would probably get in trouble.

Heh, Ive had mods say bad things about other members to me as well (it came up in conversation) but I treat mods like any other member when Im talking to them. Who cares if they dont like a particular member, if they are still doing their job and being fair, its not a big deal. At least not to me.
