Whats the minimum you can eat and still purge? And how many times should you purge each time?
I've been having some bleeding.....I feel like it's because of these reasons..... How dangerous is bleeding?

I'm not going to give you tips on how to eat and throw^, anyway u do it your still hurting your throat and eventually it will start bleeding everytime you purge, and it could get worse.

I've had blood streaks when i've purged too. It didn't used to happen that much, but now it pretty much happens everytime. I'm in a program right now with doctors and shit and i asked why it did that and they said it may be that a tiny bloody vessel broke and everytime i purge it puts strain on all those little teeny blood vessels in ur throat, so it never has time to correctly heal. If its like a lot though, like a mouthful of blood, then ur couldve done something to ur stomach.
