Use hair removal cream. It's so much easier on the bollocks. And you can just wash it away. Just apply five minutes before you shower once every couple of weeks. And make sure you get one designed for facial hair or sensitive skin and that you moisturise afterwards.

If the only washing facilities are open then people shouldn't be able to complain about you using them there (as long as you are considerate and clean up after as-per-normal). Obviously it may be more embarrassing but hell, you're naked anyway.
Just whatever you do, it's not a big enough deal to do it in your card as one poster said!
