Hello! I am a children's book author (and parent of 2 teens, BTW) and I am writing a book for the school library market on teen stress. I have used this forum before, with great results. and my mum ranting at me about the mes of my room
makes me want to punch walls and hack at things :)
sometimes myself, but i do find etting drunk helps this :)
not an alcoholic at all, ccasional drink on a weekend is enough :)

I get stressed a lot, but it passes. i try to keep it to myself when i am stressed, but then my dad realizes that something is wrong and he decides that he neeeeeds to get to the bottom of it. i would much rather be left alone, but parents just know when something's up. i will also try lying down and reading a good, relaxing book to get over it. also, u could listen to ur favorite song or do some homework. my main cause of stress is school and home.
