Hello! I am a children's book author (and parent of 2 teens, BTW) and I am writing a book for the school library market on teen stress. I have used this forum before, with great results. I'd like to hear from you about your stress, how stressed are you, what is the main cause of stress in your life, whether or not you feel more stressed than your friends, and what you do to relax. school an boys mainly.
and my mum ranting at me about the mes of my room
makes me want to punch walls and hack at things :)
sometimes myself, but i do find etting drunk helps this :)
not an alcoholic at all, ccasional drink on a weekend is enough :)

I get stressed a lot, but it passes. i try to keep it to myself when i am stressed, but then my dad realizes that something is wrong and he decides that he neeeeeds to get to the bottom of it. i would much rather be left alone, but parents just know when something's up. i will also try lying down and reading a good, relaxing book to get over it. also, u could listen to ur favorite song or do some homework. my main cause of stress is school and home.
