vomiting will do more than that! it'll yellow the nail of the finger u put down ur throat, the stomach acids burn ur throat/mouth, it'll cause worse problems when ur older!
also, bein 95lbs at ur height will just make u really weak. i'm 85lbs and only 2 inches shorter than u....
