Yes/No...they will know your computer name, your mac address and possibly be able to see your shared files. For the most part you don't have to worry if you are using your neighbor's internet as long as your not download lots of stuff. If you are using it to browse don't worry about it.

, if someone else were using someone else's wireless connection, could the owner of the wireless connection trace back to the person "borrowing" the wireless connection? 
Like they could find out where the person who's stealing the wireless is living?
