I'm going to start saying that even though it's hard you should focus on other things and breath. Don't let this get to your head, I know it's terrifying but you won't get nothing out of freaking out. Think about how to fix this. Be rational. I know this sound stupid and that you have reasons to be freaking out.. but just try it out. Live minute by minute, hour by hour and keep going.

Is there a way you can get the appoitment before that day? Did you got a rape kid? Have you seen a doctor after the incident? Are you going to press charges?  I know that it might be hard to think about this type of things, but you need to do it, the longer you wait the worst!

It's really beneficial for people who have experienced things like that to talk with counselors. They can help you overcome your problems, and the sooner you face them the faster you'll start to heal and move on. It's not going to be easy, because obviously it was very traumatic but with perseverance you can make it.
