I suppose this belongs here...

anyway, So I know that I want to get my first tattoo of an Om because it means a lot to my family, heritage, and me. But, I was thinking of places to put it and was maybe thinking on a shoulder or at the intersection of my neck and shoulders...so, which one first and then where?

you should try incorporating that into a larger piece.  the Om symbol is highly over-done but if used in conjunction with something else, may make for a neat tattoo.  As for location, get in on your left side... just because I really like tattoos in that area for some reason.  haha

is it really overdone? well thats kind of why I was thinking of the first one which mixes the Om with Ganesh (mischievous elephant god)
