Okay, it's illegal, in most places, because .. well actually I'm not too sure on that =/ All I've heard people say is it makes them relaxed.
Plus you can't OD on it, nor get addicted to it. Although you do get problems becasue it is smoked, yet smoking cigarettes is legal, and that's harmful to not only yourself, but for people around you too, and seriously. who smokes pot in public? It just doesn't make sense

I don't know why they don't just legalize it, regulate it, then tax the hell out of it. It would make a lot more sense AND they could use their police force/jail cells for other things than busting growers.
