I'm not overweight or underweight- I'm average. I am 15 and weight 110 pounds. I'm pretty fine with my weight since it is normal. The thing is, I want to look better. I don't necessarily think my weight is affecting my appearance. What I want is to look fitter. Not model thin since God knows I'm too short (5'2 and a half) and I enjoy food =]. Anyway, I heard Pilate's is a good exercise regimen for people who want muscle yet want to look lean rather than bulky. My problem is my lack of motivation. I want to look better but I just feel too lazy. Is there a way to actually look forward to exercising?
