I made a promise to run more in the beginning of the year. I haven't. So, today, I took my dog for a walk. My dog was supposed to calm down a few years ago, but he's still got a ton of energy. He runs everyday and still has more energy than anyone I've ever seen. Walking him has never been possible. He runs.
So, today, I put on his old harness and we walked/jogged. At random intervals, we ran. I was in jeans and flip flops, so we didn't run a lot. But once we headed home I took of my flips flops and we ran. We're both tired. I'm thinking of doing this more. I can get closer to him, and I'll be working out.
I feel good! Plus, my dog is calming down.
