your all gunna think im a horrible person but i might do ecstasy tonight, i haven't done it since the summer and 2 of my friends are going to do it tonight and i don't have to work tomorrow soo i really have a huge craving to do it. the only thing is once when i was on E it triggered a panic attack that lasted for 10 minutes and it felt like an elephant was sitting on my chest. ever since that night when i think about breathing i get the elephant feeling like i can't breath..i get it when im sober all the time when i think about breathing. it's all in my head though. if i do E tonight im scared it's gunna make me think about breathing more after and i won;t be able to breath. but i know its all in my head so it shud be ok right?
