Okay, so my friend was ASSAULTED by her roommate a week ago, after many harassing text messages- & verbal abuse... She lives in a dorm, and my friend did absolutely nothing to provoke her, except ignore her, which sent her over the edge and she flipped on my friend. My friend kept a cool head, she's not the type to fight, and she went straight to the RA, the RA didn't do shit. So my friend came to my house at 2 a.m, and we called the Campus Police. Campus Police said there was nothing they could do, & that she had to file a report; My friend had to go to the doctors the next day, and her shoulder was swollen, she got 2 prescriptions, one was flexural & some pain meds- So after that my friend filed a report, with the Campus Police & I told her to take it higher than the campus, that she should take it to the Magistrate and press charges, my friend decided she didn't want to, because the school promised the girl would get what she deserved. The girl admitted to everything. Now my friend moved out of the dorm & is living at home. Last night she started to get threatening messages on AIM & shit like that, from random Sn's. One that specifically stuck out was-"HAHA BITCH YOUR NOT GOING TO GET ALANNA IN TROUBLE, NICE TRY, WATCH OUT". It's been a week & as of now, the girl is not in trouble. She didn't get kicked off campus. No consequences. Now my friend said she wants to take it to higher authority, and sue the school. I hope she does. I fucking HATE Campus cops...they are fucking idiotic. Here, they get paid more for busting kids with underages...and no matter what you call them for, they ask for breathlizer automatically and then of course pull the whole "Oh, we can't do anything for you" act. It's bullshit.

That's funny, because last semester I had roommate issues as well and nothing happened to her. Campus authorities and faculty don't do shit. It's pathetic.

Thats terrible. She should sue the school and that bitch, that just aint right. People need to fucken grow up. If someone doesnt like you or just doesnt want to talk to you then suck it up. comeon they are in college. be more freaken mature. Hope that bitch gets whats coming to her. No because in some states campus police cant DO ANYTHING without the help of the district police....now dont say well they are cops with guns and shit.... trust me im a law major i know this....
