But when she filed the report, they told her NOT to take it to the Magistrate, and they would handle it.

Sounds like GMU wants to cover their ass, they know they didn't handle the situation, and I know my friend has a good ass law suit.

Can't they notify state cops of the situation on campus since we're asked to talk to campus cops BEFORE calling state cops for anything? You'd figure they'd make that effort.

Not only that, BUT the girl had ALL kinds of liquor in her room- It's a dry campus, you can't even have SHOT GLASSES, and I told the police that also, because I talked to them first the night she came to my house, until she calmed down, because my friend was shook, she's not a fighter, like I said.

The cop said he couldn't do anything about the liquor either.
