if it REALLY REALLY gets too much use a nasal spray called "DRIXINE" it is perhaps the most potent and effective hayfever-killer BUT, i wouldnt recommend it un;ess absolutly necessary it has some sideffects e.g. increased reaction to pollen if used excessivly. Use it ONCE and once only like once a month. Use it instead of ur current hayfever spray cause if you use too many sprays at once you can kill our mucous glands and this leads to serious problems. It is absolutly amazing stuff if used correctly. good luck
