well for the last two months or so people have been telling me, "Wow you look like you've lost weight!" but i've never believed them because when I look in the mirror, I just see fat. Anyways, I used to do this thing to my wrists and arms where I would pinch the extra skin to see how skinny they would get if I lost a lot of weight. And I went to do it today and realized there's nothing there to pinch. They've gotten really skinny like how I always imagined they'd get if I lost a lot of weight. And the more I look in the mirror now, the more I realize how much weight I've actually lost.
I don't really bother eating breakfast or lunch anymore, and I eat maybe 1000 calories a day. I'm going to try eating more and excercising, but thats besides the point.
Is losing a whole bunch of weight in a span of 2 months healthy, or is it really bad?
