You don't have to accept the junk food. Learn to eat more healthy things if you're so worried about it. Personally, 160 is not fat at all. You could weight more, but you don't. Be happy for you are and if you want to change, do it with a healthy lifestyle not by skipping out on any meals or getting an eating disorder...they aren't the answer.

you dont HAVE to be weighed I had a health teacher who weighed everyone, called out the weight and loudly told us how much we needed to lose I'm defenatly not a slender person but i dont feel the need to be humiliated by teachers
