This is a really self-destructive path to go down. Do you have any clue how bad you can fuck up your health by being bulimic? Not to mention the emotional distress you cause yourself- bulimia (and other eating disorders) are addictive. You start this, and you're going to end up purging yourself DEAD.

You're friend is stupid. The health problems purging creates are not worth it. Stick to eating healthy and exercising. If you need help, sign up for SparkPeople.com, it's free and works really well if you stick to it. It teaches you how to lose weight and be healthy about it.

I know a lot of people will post "get some serious help" which incase, you really do. You have an eating disorder, a real life mental problem. I've gone through the phase myself, but realize that losing weight the unhealthy way (starvation or purging) does more harm then good to your body. Once you resume your regular eating habits, you will gain weight faster then filling up a water balloon because you put your body in "starvation mode" so its going to keep all its got, as best it can. Not to mention it fucks everything up. Annorexia people often die from heart attacks because your body is in that starvation mode so it starts breaking down cardiac muscle (ew), and bulimic people have their enamel on their teeth worn away and they get morbidly disgusting cavities, and the stomach gets worn down from increased acid production and gets all messed up.

Is it really worth it? do it the healthy way and be patient.
