I have Windows Vista and i have word docs saved and i just opened one and it wont let me do anything to it & on the bottom of the screen it says "modification is not allowed because this section is locked" WTF DO I DO!!!!!!!!

umm.  are you using a genuine copy of microsoft office?

if you cant' get it working then go to www.openoffice.org and download that instead.

If you are using a trial version, then its probably run out. Kinda like paintshop pro 8, the trial version. You can view what you made, but can't edit it

D:  another version of windows?  i must try to get my hands on a copy of the beta.

and whatever.  i've used tons of OSes since I started using computers and Vista is definitely sweet as long as your system can handle it.
