Anyone tried it? What is a good way to do it if I don't want to smoke it? and does it have to be fresh, dried, or what? i have a plant of it, and was just curious how people do it.

I have tried it.
My mom smoked some and she was on the floor saying she was under water- couldn't breathe and a squid was attacking her.

I've done a lot of salvia. If you have a strait plant, chances are it won't do much. Normally good smoked salvia is a dried extract--that is, the chemicals in the plant that get you high are removed and concentrated in some dry leaves. Thus the whole 5X/ 10X/ 30X/ whatever (5X would be five times as potent as a normal plant, 10X ten times, and so forth) extract system that the plant is sold in. If you don't want to smoke it, pretty much your only option is to use a liquid like in Raven's post, which you can buy online. It's also possible to vaporize salvia, but this is incredibly potent so I wouldn't recommend it for a beginner (plus most people don't have a good vape on hand).
