Let me just say this... I have smoked weed before but stopped long ago.  Cig's dont make you trip up like weed does.  Weed, goes straight to your head and can screw up your vision...thoughts... actions as quick as 20min.  Cigarettes dont do that.

Because people abuse it.If they werent being wreckless with it im sure it would be legal. But there are too many people who dont know that when they smoke weed they cant use a vehicle. And that they should just stay home.

I think the government can't handle the legal drugs already (meds, alcohol, cigs), so they avoid putting more on the legals list.
