1.) You're right, it could get you fatter since fat has memory and your body will want to store anything it gets. You're wrong to think that fat is bad, though. You can lose it in a healthy way, but right now you need to focus more on your mental health rather than your physical appearance.

2.) People will judge you, if you tell them. I'm not talking about therapists, they don't. I've been around and around with my therapist already about that. They DO NOT judge. It's against their job. Your peers will, again, if you let them know. Which you don't have to.

If you're scared, charge through it. It'll be the best thing you'll ever do for yourself.

i want to!
but i dont think i can!

You may not feel like you're ready to tell anyone now, because of your fear. But if you don't, think of the consequences. There are several cutters on this site that have let it grow out of control for years, including me. It's harder when you don't catch it early.

If you can't verbally tell anyone, write it down. Do it in e-mail and send it before you can rethink it. Another thing, many people have been through the same thing. They were afraid, and some got help and some didn't. But those who did conquered their fear, so that means you can to.

Your parents, perhaps. Or even a counselor. You can always find a free therapist who will be willing to listen to you and keep all your information confidential.

Since like a few months back i started making myself throw up.
because i think im fat and i don't care if people think otherwise.
anyway i started off like doing it once every month and it got to this week and ive done it 3 days in a row now, but like more than once at a time.

i don't know what to do,i cant tell my parents.

they would kill me,not litrally but im scared to.

so do you recon i could just leave this?
or would you say its a eating disorder?

i just want to be thin!
i hate how i look!

i already eat healthy
and do exerice so help please!

That's not bulimia that would be purging disorder. They said they eat healthy meaning they probably don't binge eat and to be diagnosed with bulimia there has to be an overeating symptom. Purging disorder though is like bulimia only no overeating.
