I got this job a little over a month ago I guess and was basically hired as a closer, more or less, work the afternoon shift and close up. For the first two weeks or so, while I was in training, I had other people working with me when I closed, you know, so I could learn, and for the last two or three weeks for the most part I've closed by myself. Then I looked at the schedule for the upcoming week and noticed that I few of the days I have other people staying either one hour before closing or close with me, leave at the same time. I don't know if I should worry that, maybe they don't trust me to close by myself for some reason. I can't see why, she's said before I'm doing a good job and everything, and hasn't mentioned any problems or anything I did wrong when closing. Do you think it might be anything?
------- And it's hard to say Who you are these days But you run on anyway Don't you baby?

It's very possible that they just wish to have more people trained, or maybe those people just need hours and they decided to just stick them in for closing shifts. Just because there is someone to work with you doesn't necessarily imply that you cannot do the work yourself (although, yea, that is entirely possible). You could try bringing it up to the manager and just ask her "I've noticed that lately I've closed by myself a lot, except for when I was training, and on the new schedule there are some people closing with me. Is there more training you want me to do, or anything specific you wanted us to focus on, since there are two of us set to close instead of the usual one?"
------- So when you're happy (Hurray!), or sad (Aw!), Or frightened (Eeek!), or mad (Rats!) An interjection starts a sentence right.
