A good foundation can hide them. Just cover them up.

A good cleanser and toner will help take care of the skin around your eyes, and don't use any harsh make up remover.. also, invest in a good concealer, it can help cover them up. But as for getting of them, make sure you get enough sleep, simple as. Stress can also affect it so trying chilling out once in a while.. with some cucumber to put on them.
