i have trouble wrapping my head around my assignments for uni, and my mind tends to wander and it is hard to concentrate.
I don't have any medical condition, i just find it hard to concentrate sometimes, and was wondering if there is some drug i can take that could help me.

If you're looking for something, uh, easier to get, you could always try caffeine I find that the boost makes it easier to concentrate, but for other people it doesn't help at all.

Stimulants for ADHD like dexamphetamine or methylphenidate (Ritalin, Concerta, Attenta).
The quit-smoking drug bupropion (Zyban).
Non-stimulant for ADHD, atomoxetine (Strattera).
Street drugs: Amphetamines (speed, gear, ice/crystal meth) or cocaine.

Desoxyn and Adderall aren't available in Australia (where the OP is from). Only the one's I listed are.
