Close your eyes for a few minutes or splash some water on them. Thats all I can suggest.

Light black spots? Or are they very dark? Or is it more grayish, and they are just random patterns, nd if you try to focus on it, they start moving? It's quite possible that you have 'floaters', if they are just light spots. They're actually on your eye, and they do change overtime, and come and go. Some people have more than others. Personally, I had quite a few on my left eye not too long ago, but it has gotten better with time. Either way, they are much easier to see on a light colored surface, and in general, they are harmless. However, a sudden appearance of floaters could be a sign of something that you may want to get checked out.

Well I just woke up about half an hour ago, and it's still not went away or gotten any better.

You should probably get something to drink and lay down on the coach for a moment or something ....

Very dark, and very big. I know what you mean about light spots but these are to big, I think. It's probably a migraine.

Damn, that sucks... so you get migraine auras often? I've only had one, and I lost half the vision in my left eye... but it was like seeing static in the half that I could see from... like the weird static stuff you get on tv kind of... Hmm... the only other thing is, black spots, like really dark one's, could actually be bleeding. It's possibly that you may have experienced a retinal tear or something (but it's unlikely at a younger age). You may want to look in to it, just to be sure. I mean, I'm not tring to panic you or anything (though you seem to be confident on the migraine thing) my doctor told me that if for some reason, I suddenly started seeing a great deal of black on my eyes, I may be going blind in that eye, and that I shoudl go to the hospital. Mind you, I was showing symptoms of a possible retinal tear, but the opthamologist saw nothign wrong with my eyes. Anyway, the black spots would actually be blood from the retina tearing away... I mean, it seems unlikely that it's that... it's more common in those that are like 40 or something... but I just thought I'd put it out there in case you wanted to look in to it more. It never hurts to see a doctor... in the end, better safe than sorry, right? Anyway, like I said, you may want to look in to it... Very dark, and very big. I know what you mean about light spots but these are to big, I think. It's probably a migraine.
