I'm sure it works for some people if they are willing enough. I wouldn't mind giving it a go. Though I'd probably get there and then resist it, knowing what I'm like.

Since I saw Donnie Darko I think I'd be way too scared to submit to an attempt at being hypnotised, but I do find it pretty fascinating. I don't consider it a scam... it sounds reasonable enough, although I don't know about clucking around and pretending to be a chicken.
