This page is to request a FAQ to be added to the Tech FAQ page , or if you just want to comment on it.

Please keep this topic organized. Make your replies orderly, and professional. Include reasons (remember, I want to keep the FAQ page neat and orderly too) why the FAQ should be added.

Such as...

I would like to know how to reformat my hard drive. Can you please add this to the tech FAQ page?

Reason: I have seen many topics asking how, or related to this.

Thanks!

If you have any questions or suggestions, please leave a reply post here, or message me.

First of all, nice set of FAQs. The only thing I'm concerned about is the level of bias in your FAQ recommendations. Half the users who visit this website probably wouldn't have a clue what RAM or CPU is, so they'd hardly be able to understand your reasoning for not using Norton.

Also, I think that until they do have the ability to understand all that computer jargon, it's best not to make any recommendations in the way of programs.

It's like me telling someone not to buy Nikon cameras because they produce too much noise and they can't shoot in RAW (hypothetical only!). Chances are they won't understand, and they'll just take my advice anyway because they assume that I know what I'm talking about. They can't make an informed decision for themselves.
