Okay so whenever I boot up my computer there's this screen that shows up , black , and it says to re-install this file <windows root>\system 32\hal.dll. Does anyone know how I can do that... cuz my computer is a bit messed so if I instal this it should fix everything, I assume.. so can anyone tell me how I can install this missing file..
