Last time someone talked shit about me, He found his ass in ER. Though that is my solution. Honestly there is not much you can do other than explode or just take it. You can vent here and to other people which might help keep you from bottling up too much. Just don't get in situations where they can make fun of you. I know that is not always possible but try to cut down your contact with them to the minimum. Also remember that they might have their fun now but you will probably someday be their boss.
