not a liquor fan at all. ill take a mixed drink here or there if it tastes good or a shot at a party, but otherwise im always drinking beer.
i prefer the taste and the kind of drunk i get off beer.

If you are going to mess it up with a mixer or make a mixed drink, the just get Grain Alcohol. +180 proof. Drink it slow, 3 good shots will make you blind before you get drunk.

it just depends. sometimes beer is best with certain foods. some beers are good with certain cuts of meat. yet wine goes well with certain poultry. I usually enjoy an alcoholic beverage with a meal, as long as the flavors compliment each other. at a bar, I stay with liquor, since a beer without a meal would just make me kinda sick. however, a dark beer would be okay for me. however, even though I tend to enjoy alcohol, it is always best in moderation. most of the time, I'll either drink water, lemonade, or milk with a meal. and when I'm with friends, I just order a soda, just in case one of my friends gets a bit wild(not to say I don't enjoy an alcoholic beverage with my friends sometimes, if I can trust them not to get overly drunk. I did that once, unfortunately, and I vowed never to do it again). don't make the same mistake I did. if you drink(I can only hope you are old enough to, or at least follow the drinking laws of your state), moderation is the absolute key.
