pollution is not only from cars
a large source of pollution is from burning fossil fuels (in factories and whatnot)

you are a fuck wit. pollution from oil comes from burning it, so to get rid of it by burning it is reduntant, and infact will make a bigger problem than at least doing damage slowly. and we do need oil to live, we dont have the technologies available to everyone to just go off oil, not everyone could afford and electric car, not all cities and counries have the resources to use nuclear power

No.  We are not about to run out of petrol anytime soon.

Oil field surveyors only scout out enough oil to last for the next 40 years or so.  Before those reserves run out, they go and hunt down more potential sources.

Geochemists figure we have enough petrol to last beyond the next 150-200 years.

Anyhow, it is impossible to absolutely attribute global warming to vehicle emissions.  Sure, there might be strong indications, but experimentally speaking, it is impossible.
