Always when I am reading topics in this forum I find many topics derailed by people who are posting about how rubbish a game is, that a certain console is better than the others. This often leads to the topic being spammed up and destroyed by arguing between different people.

Keep your arguments to separate topics and do not post in other peoples topics when they do not wish it to be turned into a console war argument.

Anybody found posting off-topic in this way will incur their post being removed along with a five point penalty credited to their account. All other replies in response to this removed without penalty.

This Guideline for this specific forum will lead to topics staying on-topic, for lots of topics not to be tarnished by arguments about other gaming matters. This is actually just a re-iteration of the non-contribution rule in the full LiveWire guidelines.

-------------------------------------

If you want to discuss new games which haven't been released, don't spoil the ending, if they have a storyline of sorts.

A prime example of this is of Halo 3, seen a few topics of this tonight.

Please put in *Spoiler* or *Spoiler inside* in the topic title, nothing in the description area so nothing is spoiled. Otherwise it will be edited in for you.

Feel free to discuss it, just tell everyone before they read the topic.

Thanks.
