I agree with you. Euthanasia should be legal. If one of my loved ones or I were suffering in a hospital bed knowing that we were approaching death, I think it would be our right to choose whether or not we want to end our lives early. Why put somebody through that pain? It will be guarenteed that you'll die unhappy with all of that hurt but you actually have a chance to end your life on a good note if you decided to use euthansia.

isn't it so much better to die in your will and peace instead of struggling to live in a pain and being forced to die? especially in an incurable diease like aids

I think euthanasia and assisted suicide should be legal, but only for terminally ill people.

Really, if somebody wants to die due to something other than a terminal illness it's nobody else's decision to make. If one of my friends was denied euthanasia I would give them a gun.

I don't disagree, but I think it would be the WRONG thing to do if someone was financially dependent on you and you took them as a dependent voluntarily.
Of course. I'm just saying that it is an important choice that should only be subject to the individuals will.
