First you say that change isn't always a good thing (I agree) but you got on to say that people should shut up because it's wrong to try and always change bad to good. I strongly disagree.

Broken things should ALWAYS be fixed. I'm not saying about doing things to help a tiny minority, like your example of immigrants wanting more benefits. I'm saying if there's ever an issue then debate should be grown and encouraged.

I hate the fucking American ethos of "get the fuck out of my country". It answers all questions and issues facing your country in such a fucking childish and unhelpful way, it stifles debate and it gives the fucking ignorant respect, for some unknown reason, because it makes them look patriotic.

hmm, once again I can see your point, but these immigrants, the ones who are legal, most likely have take proper protocol and requirements needed to become citizens. So they ARE Americans and this IS their country. it is part of the freedom of America, and as intelligent citizens who understand the country and her laws/protocol, then they have every right, in my opinion, to state their opinions about her form of government and laws.
