no its not, its clearly not that tree. that is one of the two trees after the "small building" take note of the window segmenting. after the small building, there is a break in the window grouping [its a structural thing] then there is another segment of windows [with two trees in front, close to the small building] and then another break and then the magical tree.
the video shows the area where the two trees were, it was merely burned in the fire.
