I sleep really well-as long as there is lots of air in the room and sleeping naked just helps me feel comfy and relaxed

we sleep because our bodies need to be recharged! we dream because when we sleep we lose consciousness and our subconscious takes over, and rearranges our day in the brain, and sometimes if we are too overwhelmed, we get dreams of flying or having a tomato chase you *shudders* and sometimes our subconsciousness is trying to tell us something we are ignoring when we are awake.
