Okay my mouse has the regular two click things.
Then it has the Scrool wheel between them.
Then if you push down on the scroll wheel thats click number 3.
Then theres another little bottun below that, that used to be click FOUR (sorry not five).
And randomly tonight it stopped working for what it whould do and now does the same thing the scrool wheel does if u click.

stuff can get lodged between the actual plastic button and what makes it activate the switch, or dust can stop it working and clog up connections.

depends on your mouse, most buttons can be prised off and put back on again
