When you get a wrist lock and lift your leg, why does it hurt more if lets say you were to go into a crane stance then if a cat stance? Is it because you are changing the polarity in your human body? I’m not sure how this works, but my sensei says it has to do something with the flow of electricity from point A to point B?

So anyone know why it hurts so much worse? And yes, I have been attacked using this method during a sparring match before, and let me tell yeah that it hurts worse then getting slapped by a female dog!

"My Sensi Says" is not a way to begin a scientific discussion.

It hurts more due to biological reasons.

What your sensi is talking about qi, which is an ancient Chinese/Japanese/Korean concept about how energy flows through your body, it really has no known scientific backing, but it used as a way to explain how to arrange and do things. For instance, feng shui is centered around qi flows through a room, and acupuncture is based on how qi flows through the body, again, it's not really a "fact" of any sort.

In acupuncture, if you test the flow of electricity in the human body you will often find the electricity is altered a bit.

These is no voltage across your body. If there was you'd be constantly discharging into the Earth. More pain just means more action potentials per second along your nerves.

Pain isn't experiences because little bolts of lightning shoot through your body. Action potentials are propagated from the pain receptors at the point where the pain is experienced up to the brain by shifting concentrations of positively charged sodium and potassium ions.
