I think it depends on the major or path you choose. A person pursuing medical stuff probably needs to study a lot, while a person getting a forestry degree doesn't.

I usually only study in the day or two before exams, and I do relatively fine. Mostly A's and B's, with a couple C's. I failed one class because I was going through a bunch of personal stuff and didn't have as much time to study but I managed A's and B's in everything else (those classes didn't require lots of studying, the one I failed did, thus the grades I got). In classes where there's lots of reading, you might read a couple hours every day.

The people posting zero are most likely in high school. I rarely studied in high school either and still made great grades.

At orientation there was some logical formula that ended up being 13 hrs, strangely enough that is the amount of hrs I'm doing so maybe that's all the number is. But the dude (now teacher/student teacher) Suggested 13 hrs a week TO KEEP A's and B's, so I'll do that.

I never used to study for classes and make As and Bs

but I doubt that will do for college.

So how much do you study in college?

Not much. I get better grades than I did in highschool actually. Then again, I'm fairly smart, and more importantly, I've never really been bothered by tests. That is, I don't freak out about them.
