There is no Marine Corps ROTC, but there is a Marine Corps Junior ROTC. You can only take it at certain high schools but it's really fun. We practice drill with rifles, we get to compete, and you will instill a sense of pride, but you only get what you put into it. But there is Navy ROTC and i've heard something about cadet marines in it, but i dont know anything else about it.
He's right, there is no Marine Corps ROTC, and you can become a Marine through the Navy ROTC. It works the same way as if you were to go to the US Naval Academy and become commissioned as a Marine out of there. If you go to a big college (a division one college) they should have some type or ROTC available. I know that University of Michigan has all three (Army, Air Force, Navy). Just ask a counselor about it, they're always more than happy to help.
