Right what is it... Chloretic effect or Choleretic effect, when talking about this effect in relation to micelle and bile absorption, production and digestion. And what exactly is it? I think it might be that an increase in the micelle content of bile increases water secretion to the bile, thereby balancing the osmotic potential. However since micelles are a single osmotic particle, many lipids (which make up the micelles) can be 'dissolved/present' in bile without chaning the osmotic potential of bile greatly...
If anyone knows about this effect, how right/wrong am I?
