I find it odd that in America sign language is refered to as American Sign Language (ASL), but it's the same wherever you go (at least it's the same in England).

Is it the same? I didn't know that. It is American Sign Language that I know though. It should all be the same though, yeah.. I hadn't really thought about that.

I only speak english. I have tried to speak another language, but have just given up on it and called it quits. Thankfully, I was never required to learn another language in HighSchool, nor now in College.

I only speak English fluently, but I know a fair bit of spanish, partly because I took a few years of it, and partly because Phoenix is turning into Mexico, and everything is in spanish here. I wish I knew Portuguese, though, since that's where half of my family is from.
